Our Dexter Cattle are officially a Miniature Bovine with a smaller frame so this is not a delivery of beef thats going to overwhelm your freezer and fridge and all your spare coolers till fresh Sunset Bluff is stuffed into every cold storage compartment you can commandeer! Its definitely achievable, and we have designed this package to fit in a standard chest freezer.

We guarantee a minimum of 100kg of premium, master-butchered beef. Sometimes animals in our herd are on the smaller side. If the animal falls short, we top up your reserve from the carcass being processed next to it with our most sought-after prime cuts at no extra cost.
